Terms

By using Tamarind by text, on WhatsApp or in the chat on our website, or by using a website we build, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tamarind builds and hosts websites through a conversation with an AI assistant. AI can make mistakes, so check your website before you rely on it or share it. You're responsible for the content you give us and for having the right to use it.

Text messages

You sign up by texting us first. You'll get messages about building and running your website, and message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help or contact the number you text us on (reply HELP). Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices

Building and previews are free. To use your own web address, you pay a yearly plan shown to you before you pay, covering hosting and the address. Plans renew yearly until cancelled.

What we won't publish

We don't publish unlawful content, scams, or sites that imitate another business or government body, and we may remove such content.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
