What we collect

Your phone number and name if you give it, your messages, the photos and files you send, details about your business, and payment and domain records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To talk with you, build and update your website, register your web address, take payment, provide support, and improve the service.

Text messaging

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Who helps us run the service

We share information only as needed with providers who deliver the service: Twilio (texting), WhatsApp (messages), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI assistant, transcription and quality review), Cloudflare (website hosting and web addresses), Stripe (payments) and Render (servers and storage).

Your number on the website chat

If you sign in on our website, your number is checked with a one-time code and your conversation and website are saved under it. We message you on WhatsApp with your code and updates about your website.

What's public

Whatever you ask us to put on your website is public once your link is shared or your site goes live.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep your information while your website is active and as needed for records. To ask us to delete it, contact us.
